Hake acquired Island Packet and Blue Jacket in April 2016, and the company was itself bought by Darrell and Leslie Allen in January 2017. The Seaward line was phased out by 2022, and Hake/Seaward no longer operates as a separate active manufacturer, with its website redirecting to Island Packet.
